SCRANTON, Pa. — UPDATE:
Scranton police are offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of a man charged with murder in Scranton.
Investigators believe Travis Lanzo shot and killed David Deshler near Mulberry Street in March.
Lanzo is believed to be armed and dangerous.

David Deshler died after he was shot walking near Schultz Court and Mulberry Street in March, and now police believe he died because of mistaken identity.
Deshler's brother told police David was walking to a vigil in the neighborhood that night when he was shot and killed.
After nearly two months, Scranton Police named four people involved in the shooting.
David Gaskins, Noah Ortiz, and Jonathan Smith were arraigned and charged as accomplices for the murder of Deshler.
Travis Lanzo is charged with homicide, believed to be the shooter.
According to court papers, Jonathan Smith had an argument with another man earlier in the day in that neighborhood over Smith's girlfriend.
Police believe Smith contacted Noah Ortiz, David Gaskins, and Travis Lanzo to help him confront the other man.
Police say they reviewed surveillance video that shows Smith and Lanzo following Deshler down Schultz Court, and then Lanzo shoots Deshler in the back of the head.
However, Deshler wasn't the man Smith had the argument with that day.
Back on March 26, heavy police presence on Wayne Avenue was to arrest David Gaskins.
Police say Gaskins admitted he drove Smith and Lanzo to the area and told police he believes Lanzo shot Deshler for no apparent reason.

Three men are in custody, and police are searching for another after a deadly shooting.
David Deshler was shot in the head along Mulberry Street in March.
Investigators say David Gaskins, Noah Ortiz, and Jonathan Smith are all locked up in Lackawanna County.
All three face homicide and conspiracy to commit homicide charges.
Investigators believe the suspects were looking for someone else.
Officers are still searching for Travis Lanzo.
Investigators believe Lanzo is the one who pulled the trigger.
He's wanted on homicide and related charges.
While Deshler's death was nearly two months ago, residents surrounding the Schultz Court community can still remember when the shots were fired.
"All the police here and the sirens and everything going on, they had Mulberry Street blocked off. I figured there was something going on," said Jim Bonner.
Bonner lives just one block away from where the deadly shooting took place; he says to hear that three of the four suspects were arrested brings some relief.
"I'm glad the police are on top of it, and they have, I guess they get a lot of leads in everything, so I think the people in the neighborhood are more relaxed now that they have a little bit of closure on it," he said.
Bonner hopes the family can finally start getting answers.
"The family, I think, is wondering what's going on and why they're having all this trouble. You feel bad, but you want the truth to happen and the persons involved to be arrested and prosecuted," he added.
