SCHUYLKILL COUNTY, Pa. — A dentist in Schuylkill County will spend up to nearly two years behind bars for sexually assaulting and harassing his patients.
Scott Parkinson, DMD, pleaded no contest to sexual assault charges in December.
At least nine women say they were victims of sexual assault at his dental practice Tremont Dentistry.
Parkinson was also sentenced to a year of probation in Schuylkill County.
