NORTHUMBERLAND COUNTY, Pa. — A man from Northumberland County is facing a slew of child sex charges.
Troopers believe 72-year-old Robert Taylor raped a child at his home in Mount Carmel.
He's also facing more than 300 felony counts of sexual abuse charges after allegedly sharing illegal files on the internet.
