DALLAS, Pa. — Restaurant owners from Luzerne County will have to pay over $400,000 to the IRS after failing to collect and pay federal payroll taxes.
Investigators say Giuseppe Tomasino and Andrea Tomasino, who own Tomasino's restaurant in Dallas Township, also underreported their incomes for five years.
