SCRANTON, Pa. — The city of Scranton has announced a downtown parking ban ahead of the winter storm expected Sunday evening.
The temporary parking ban will go into effect Sunday, January 16 at 7 p.m. and will continue until Tuesday, January 18 at 7 a.m.
