SCRANTON, Pa. — A home was damaged after a fire in Lackawanna County.
The flames broke out just after 1:30 p.m. Thursday at a double-block home along Coar Place in Scranton.
Officials say two people were home on one side of the building.
They heard their smoke detectors going off and were able to get out safely.
The city fire inspector is investigating the cause of that fire.
