LACKAWANNA COUNTY, Pa. — A man wanted for stealing catalytic converters from a business in Lackawanna County is now in custody.
John Whitlock of Scranton faces theft charges.
Dunmore police say he's hit the vehicles at Dunmore Appliance several times since the new year with the most recent incident being Sunday.
