CARBON COUNTY, Pa. — As folks were spending the holiday weekend at Beltzville State Park in Carbon County on Sunday, one pup jumped into action to rescue a man from the water.
Kelby, the water rescue dog, leaped into the water after two people were thrown from their jet ski.
Both made it out of the water safely.
