Folks in part of Bradford County had to wait to cast their votes on Tuesday morning.
About 470 people had voted in Athens Township as of 1:15 p.m. Election officials said there are more than 2,000 registered voters here.
Larger crowds and wait times of 30 to 60 minutes are expected later in the day.
