STROUD TOWNSHIP, PA — Pyramid Healthcare welcomed the community to its new facility near Stroudsburg on Friday.
Pyramid's old location in the Fountain Court shopping plaza was destroyed by flames in June of 2023.
The grand opening of their new location on Route 611 in Stroud Township was held on Friday.
"When we had the fire, it was really tough because it was really tough for the clients to stay engaged. I mean, my team worked really hard to keep them engaged via telehealth services. So, we were so thankful to have that. But really, the face-to-face connection is what's important. Being able to see the clients, have that group camaraderie, and the support from our team," said Tamara Orlando, executive director of Pyramid Healthcare Stroudsburg.
Pyramid is one of the largest providers of outpatient rehab and mental health services in Monroe County.
