LYCOMING COUNTY, Pa. — A woman faces abuse of a corpse charges in Lycoming County.
Police say 33-year-old Amber Burkhardt from Cogan Station was inside an apartment where a man's body was found Thursday.
Burkhardt allegedly admits to using drugs with the man before he died and continued to do so after he passed away.
