LYCOMING COUNTY, Pa. — A movie theater is making a comeback at the Lycoming Mall near Williamsport.
The Regal Cinemas at the mall near Williamsport closed last year. Shortly after, the building was sold.
The owners say a new theater will soon take its place. It will be called the 'District Cinema' to match the mall's new name, 'The District at Lycoming Valley.'
The developers say the theater is teaming up with a local vendor to serve food.
No word yet on an opening date, but the announcement mentions spring of 2024.
