HAZLETON -- Intimidating a witness to an "execution style" shooting in Hazleton has another man behind bars.
Ramon Cruz-Maldonado was sent to the magistrates office on West Broad Street on Thursday.
Authorities said the 26-year-old used a weapon to threaten a witness to the murder of Jorge Marrero.
Marrero was killed on West Fourth Street back in June, in what police called an "execution-style" shooting.
Authorities believe Rafael Mora-Polanco fired the bullet that killed Marrero.
Cruz-Maldonado is the third to be arrested on charges of intimidating witnesses in the deadly shooting. Mora-Polanco's sister, Hilda Polanco, was charged in late June, and Denny Mora, Mora-Polanco's brother, was charged the day before her.
