PLYMOUTH — Authorities in Luzerne County arrested a man they said downloaded child pornography.
Officers said they started investigating Mark Stout of Kingston after someone found explicit images of children on his smart phone and tablet.
Police said Stout admitted downloading child porn, telling officers it is “an interesting thing to look at.”
He’s locked up in the Luzerne County Jail.
