WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — A death investigation is underway in Luzerne County.
Wilkes-Barre police and state troopers were called to a grassy area off the Exit 1 ramp of the North Cross Valley Expressway (Route 309) in Wilkes-Barre near the I-81 interchange.
The Luzerne County coroner was called to the scene.
Investigators were concentrated on the hillside in the woods between the exit ramp and the businesses on Kidder Street.
