SCRANTON, Pa. — A new spot in the Electric City opened on Saturday to grab some cultural cuisine.
Scranton Premiere Mart on Pittston Avenue held its grand opening. The Bhutanese market opened thanks to a $100,000 grant from the city's American Rescue Plan Act.
In addition to groceries, there's also a bar inside the market.
