SCRANTON, Pa. — Even though Scranton's Saint Patrick's Day parade has been postponed, the Irish flag still went up Thursday morning.
Mayor Paige Cognetti raised the flag in front of the city hall.
The flag will likely stay up through St. Patrick's Day.
