WYSOX, Pa. — A death investigation is underway in Bradford County.
According to the coroner, Jeremy Lanzo died after a workplace accident Tuesday morning in Standing Stone Township.
Officials say Lanzo died after a chemical explosion while at work at a water treatment facility.
OSHA is investigating the death.
