WAYNE COUNTY, Pa. — A man is locked up in Wayne County on child sex charges.
Investigators say Christopher Foster, 29, of Salem Township, met a young boy online and convinced the child to send him sexually explicit videos and photographs.
According to the Wayne County district attorney's office, when police searched Foster's home near Hamlin, they found about 165,000 files featuring child sexual abuse material.
Foster faces child pornography and related charges in Wayne County.
