SULLIVAN COUNTY, Pa. — A brushfire is scorching more than 100 acres of game lands in Sullivan County.
But crews say it's a prescribed burn.
The Mildred Fire Company says someone traveling along Route 487 near Dushore Tuesday afternoon reported a large forest fire in the town of Ricketts.
Several fire crews were called to the scene.
But the Pennsylvania Game Commission says it's a prescribed burn and that there was no need for fire crews in Sullivan County to respond.
