NEW CASTLE TOWNSHIP -- Kmart shoppers in in Schuylkill County will now have to travel a little farther.
Kmart officials at the Schuylkill Mall near Frackville told Newswatch 16 the store closed Sunday.
The announcement that the store would close came back in February.
Sears closed up shop at the Schuylkill Mall earlier this year. Sears and Kmart are owned by the same company.
