Pocono ski resorts team up for unlimited season pass

Skiers have another mountain they can visit after a new offer called 'Peak to Peak Poconos Pass' goes on sale on Thursday.

MONROE COUNTY, Pa. — Even on a Wednesday, skiers and snowboarders pack the slopes at Camelback Mountain ski resort near Tannersville.

Christine Fernandez is visiting from New Jersey.

As a season pass holder, she always tried to take advantage of these beautiful days.

"I've skied everywhere, all over Europe, all over the West. I do not like the East Coast; I'm a little bit of a snob. This is the best place to come. The people are friendly, the mountain's alright for like the whole family. Has everything," said Fernandez.

And now season pass holders like Fernandez will have another mountain they can visit.

It's all a part of the new 'Peak to Peak Poconos Pass', which offers unlimited skiing and riding at Camelback Resort near Tannersville and Blue Mountain Resort near Palmerton.

"With the Peak to Peak pass, you will get snow tubing tickets, zip lining tickets, and mountain coaster tickets. A free Camelbeach season pass all included in there plus a lot more, and as far as Blue Mountain, all of their perks that come along with their unlimited season passes are also on the Peak to Peak Poconos pass," said Molly Coneybeer, said Camelback Mountain Marketing direction.

The new pass not only includes skiing at both resorts but other activities year-round on both mountains.

"You'll get to enjoy Camelbeach, you'll get to enjoy the mountain coaster, the zip-lines. Discounted Aquatopia tickets again for year-round fun. So, really, it's a winter season pass, but this is your Poconos pass. This is how you get to have fun all year at both Camelback and Blue," said Coneybeer.

The Peak to Peak Poconos Pass goes on sale tomorrow.
