EAST STROUDSBURG -- An intrepid fourth grader from the Poconos wants to encourage the arts. Her big idea is called Color for Kids.
Bethany Kuster pitched her campaign on the campus of East Stroudsburg University Tuesday.
She spoke with ESU faculty members about support as she collects art supplies for underprivileged children.
Kuster, from Pen Argyl, has seen her idea go national.
She says she hopes one day all kids will have a way to create with color.
