STROUDSBURG, Pa. — Fire officials say the man who lives there was cooking when grease splattered on the wall, catching fire Wednesday night at the apartment building along Walsh Way in Stroudsburg.
He was able to make it out safely.
Officials say the fire has been ruled accidental.
