WILKES-BARRE, Pa. — A man from Scranton is behind bars after police say he's the one who pulled the trigger in a shooting in Luzerne County earlier this month.
U.S. Marshals took Damel Wright into custody on Friday night.
Wright is facing aggravated assault and related charges in Luzerne County.
The victim was treated at a hospital and survived the shooting.
Wright has been charged with aggravated assault and other crimes in Luzerne County.
