WILKES-BARRE -- Two women found guilty of bookkeeping violations at a Luzerne County fire company learned their sentences Wednesday morning.
Catherine Drago and her daughter Carol Gamble received one year of probation.
Prosecutors accused the women of pocketing more than $700,000 in bingo and gaming money from the Swoyersville hose company.
In September, they were found not guilty of theft, but convicted of the bookkeeping charge.
