LUZERNE COUNTY -- Christmas is over, but that doesn't means shoppers are slowing down one bit.
"I'm going everywhere," said Brittany Buck. "Montage, Steamtown, maybe Viewmont."
For Lori Horvath and her niece, Brittany Buck, shopping the day after Christmas is a tradition just as important as opening presents on Christmas morning.
"This has been a Christmas tradition with me and her since she was five years old," said Horvath. "We go shopping the day after Christmas."
And everyone has their reasons for making their way to Target near Wilkes-Barre on one of the busiest shopping days of the year.
So what's the hottest item the day after Christmas? Wrapping paper - and lots of it.
"Right now, it's 50% off," said Jacque Hunter of Kingston.
But even with bundles of wrapping paper and decorations, Hunter says she's still not sure she'll be ready for next Christmas.
"There's always some type of gift wrap or gift bag that I don't have the right size of - so i'm sure i'll be out again," she said.
For some, it's about more than just the deals. It's about cashing in on those gift cards.
These three kids from Mountain Top combined all their gifts cards so they could get a 32 inch TV. And they got the last one available.
"By the time everyone got there, it was so crowded and all the aisles were packed with people," says Ruthie Mullisky of Rice Township.
