WILKES-BARRE — Police made two arrests in connection with the shootings of two young girls.
Wilkes-Barre police said Monday afternoon they made two arrests in a shooting that wounded two young girls in Wilkes-Barre last August.
They arrested Trevor Whitaker and Jamal Alford.
Officers accuse both in connection with a shooting at the troubled Sherman Hills apartment complex in Wilkes-Barre last August.
Officers believe two girls, ages two and five were caught in the crossfire and wounded after an argument turned violent.
Whitaker and Alford are in custody in Luzerne County.
