LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — A man has pleaded guilty to homicide by vehicle charges after a crash in Luzerne County.
Police say Jose Calo, of Nanticoke, ran over James Mahon along West Main Street in Plymouth in June of 2022.
Mahon was later pronounced dead.
Calo was under the influence of drugs at the time of the crash, and his license was already suspended from a prior DUI.
He will be sentenced in June.
