KINGSTON, Pa. — Flames damaged an apartment building in Kingston Thursday morning.
The fire started after 10:30 a.m. at a four-unit apartment building on Penn Street.
One resident woke up when he smelled smoke and knocked on neighbors' doors to get them up.
No one was hurt, but a dog died in the fire.
Firefighters are trying to figure out what started the fire.
