HAZLETON, Pa. — A man faces child rape charges in Luzerne County.
Investigators say Giordano Lara-Baez, 33, of Hazleton, sexually assaulted two juveniles over the course of seven years.
Lara-Baez faces child rape, corruption of minors, and related charges in Luzerne County.
A preliminary hearing is set for March 14.
