Police arrested Marc Constanzo of Pittston Township, Christopher Coyle of Pittston, Michael Domonkos of Montrose, and James Mulhern of Nanticoke.
The district attorney’s office says the men fell for an undercover advertisement on the internet over Memorial Day weekend.
The four are locked up tonight in Luzerne County.
