LUZERNE COUNTY, Pa. — State police want to know who vandalized a vehicle and desecrated an American flag in Luzerne County.
A photo shows the flag slashed several times.
Investigators say the flag was taken off a vehicle early Saturday morning on River Road near Nescopeck.
It was found dangling from a nearby tree.
Troopers say the culprit also smashed the vehicle's back windshield, taillights, and stole power tools that were inside in Luzerne County.
