SWOYERSVILLE -- A couple from Luzerne County have turned themselves in on child endangerment charges.
Juan and Jessica Monche from Pringle were arraigned at a magistrate's office in Swoyersville.
Police say Juan inappropriately touched a girl several times from October of last year until last month and Jessica did nothing to stop it.
The couple were charged with child endangerment and corruption of minors.
Juan Monche is also charged with indecent assault.
Both are free on bail.
