LACKAWANNA COUNTY, Pa. — A Lackawanna County man faces charges alleging he had sexual intercourse with a miniature pony, state police at Dunmore said.
Esmeling Lopez Martinez, 37, of Spring Brook Township is accused of animal cruelty related offenses, according to a brief statement issued Monday night.
The incident occurred Sunday night at a property in Spring Brook Township.
