SCRANTON, Pa. — Scranton Police Chief Carl Graziano is announcing he will be retiring to become the Director of Public Safety at Lackawanna College.
Graziano is a 25 year veteran of the Department.
He has been Chief since 2012.
Graziano's last day with the Scranton Police Department will be in September.
