SCRANTON, Pa. — Scranton police are investigating shots fired early Monday morning.
Officers tell us a man reported seeing the silhouette of a person firing five or six shots around 5 a.m. on Vine Street.
Police found shell casings on Vine Street but no gun here in Scranton.
