OLD FORGE -- Police in Lackawanna County said one man has been charged after hitting a pedestrian with his car early Saturday morning.
It happened on Roberts Road and Kelley Drive in Old Forge, just before 3 p.m.
Officers said the driver, Brandon Toth of South Abington Township, is charged with aggravated assault by vehicle.
He was released from jail after posting $15,000 bail.
Police said the man hit by the car is in critical condition at Geisinger CMC.
