SCRANTON -- Folks flocked to the Scranton Cultural Center Sunday afternoon for the Electric City Craft Brew Fest.
Attendees got a two ounce sample of as many beers as they wanted, along with food and entertainment included in the price. There was even a beer school teaching about the history of brewing in our area.
This was the second year for the festival in Scranton. Brewers say it's a whole lot of fun.
"Craft beer brings out the best in people and having good beer brings out everyone's good attitude," said Johnny Waering of 3 Guys and a Beer'd Brewing Company. "There's no fights, there's no rotten people, there's no anything, it's just such a great time."
And organizers didn't forget about safety. There were designated driver passes given out and cab companies standing by for anyone who needed them.
