Flood recovery assistance in Scranton

A Recovery Assistance Center is available to homeowners, renters, and business owners who suffered damage from September's flooding.

SCRANTON, Pa. — People in our area who suffered damage from September's flooding in Lackawanna County can receive help at a Recovery Assistance Center at the Weston Field House on Providence Road in Scranton.

Those who visit the center will have the opportunity to apply for low-interest loans.

The recovery assistance center will be open Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. It will also be open on Saturday from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. in Scranton.
