Three men from our area are facing child pornography charges.
Robert Dehart, 39, and Erick Myhre, 39, both of Berwick, Columbia County and Jonathan Pudish, 31, of Kingsley, Susquehanna County were arrested in the past week by the state attorney general's office.
Dehart is charged with one count of distribution of child pornography, 15 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.
Myhre is charged with three counts of distribution of child pornography, 25 counts of possession of child pornography and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.
Pudish is charged with 15 counts of distribution of child pornography, 15 counts of possession of child pornography, one count of possession with the intent to sell, one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of criminal use of a communication facility.
All three remain locked up.
