COLUMBIA COUNTY, Pa. — A man is dead after a crash in Columbia County.
According to Colombia County Coroner Jeremy Reese, Stephen Baum of Berwick was driving along Foundryville Road near Bloomsburg Tuesday when he lost control of the vehicle.
That's when authorities say he veered off the road and hit a tree.
Baum died at the scene.
The coroner's release says a medical condition may have contributed to the accident.
