SHENANDOAH -- A mother from Schuylkill County admits to putting her 1-year-old child in danger.
Patricia Carter from Shenandoah pleaded guilty Wednesday to endangering the welfare of a child and terroristic threats.
Carter admitted to shaking her son last year, but told police she was only playing with him.
Investigators in Schuylkill County say the abuse was caught on camera.
