SCRANTON — Some people in Scranton could spend part of Christmas Eve without running water.
Pennsylvania American Water says a six-inch water pipe burst overnight leaving around 20 homes without water on the city’s west side.
We found some water run off on North Van Buren Avenue Tuesday morning.
Officials say repairs are underway, and could be complete Tuesday afternoon.
