WILKES-BARRE — Until permanent repairs are made, crews are using duct tape on a crumbling facade in downtown Wilkes-Barre.
Newswatch 16 found contractors inspecting the building on the corner of West Market and South Franklin Streets.
The owner says permanent repairs should be complete by the end of this weekend.
The sidewalk below the damaged building is still blocked off in Wilkes-Barre.
