MUNCY, Pa. — Tis the season for snowman! Primitive Artisan Sharon Culver of Gatherings at Muncy Creek Barnworks shows how to create a snowman jingle bell out of a seed cup! This is a great project for the holidays. In addition to the seed cup, Sharon used homespun fabric, felt, paint, a jingle bell, twine, miniature greens and a glue gun.
