Co-owner Patti Haggerty not only created spectacular his and her Valentine charcuterie boxes for us but she showed us some of the techniques to make a charcuterie board presentation look like it was made by a pro! She taught us the techniques for presenting sliced meets such as crafting roses. She also showed us how to slice cheese for presentation and the best cheese for cutting into shapes.
Co-owner Gavin Esham and Patty Haggerty together have extensive backgrounds in the event and food and entertainment industries.
