MONROE COUNTY, Pa. — In Monroe County, a man is behind bars on child sex charges.
Police say 35-year-old Timothy Crowley of Middle Smithfield Township pretended to be a 12-year-old and shared obscene photos of minors.
He faces charges related to endangering the welfare of children in Monroe County.
