STROUDSBURG, Pa. — It's now up to the state police fire marshal to figure out the cause of the flames that destroyed a home in Stroudsburg.
The house on Brown Street went up around 3 a.m. on Tuesday.
Two people were inside at the time. They made it out okay.
The fire chief believes the fire started in the basement.
The home was gutted in Monroe County.
