SCRANTON, Pa. — A rig wreck tied up part of a highway in Lackawanna County Tuesday morning.
A truck carrying steel fencing rolled on a ramp on the President Biden Expressway around 9:30 a.m. Tuesday.
One lane of travel was blocked by the crash.
The driver was able to get out of the wreck.
There is no word from PennDOT on how long it will take to clear the crash area.
